“I've been a member since the summer of 2023 and have enjoyed the classes and instructors. The facility is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The instructors provide feedback and modifications which is always helpful for beginners and for those with injuries or disabilities. The classes have helped with my fibromyalgia pain and have allowed me to stay physically active.“
