We worried she would fight, resist, or become nervous beyond what a groomer could or would handle. Despite this being her first visit for grooming of any kind, Queenie did well and came home beautiful and mat-free! The owners are lovely professionals who clearly take their work seriously. She was finished in the exact time frame estimated (3 hrs), and the cost was very reasonable for the amount of time spent and delicate work performed. She got lots of love and compliments.
