5/5 Stars- Premier Pets Playground went above and beyond for our 3 dogs! It meant so much to us that the staff took the time to learn all their names and truly get to know their personalities. Hearing them describe how each dog spent their day made it clear they get real, individual attention—not just basic care. If you want a place in Rio Rancho where your dogs will be known, loved, and happy, this is it!
Alexis did such a great job with our little morkie, Kaiya! Kaiya is pretty anxious when it comes to grooming and has a history of fearful snapping at other groomers. Alexis made sure to schedule Kaiya during a time where there were less dogs around and it was very calm and quiet for her when we arrived. Kaiya was nervous when we dropped her off but Alexis was so great with her, she was actually much more relaxed when we picked her up and she behaved well for her grooming! We appreciate the time and patience Alexis had for us. She took the time to talk to us about what we wanted with our groom and how she would make Kaiya more comfortable. Our dogs were handled with loving care. We have a senior dog who was treated so kindly and cared for in a way that she was kept comfortable and groomed in a non-stressful way. We appreciate the affordable pricing and attentive service. Great business that I highly recommend.
