They were great. They were able to get my dogs in on a short notice.
I had a fantastic experience with this groomer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about double-coated dogs and took the time to educate me during our visit. We both agreed that a double coat should never be shaved unless there is extreme matting.
Instead, she expertly groomed the top two inches and left the protective undercoat completely intact.She also gave me great advice, noting that it is best never to start trimming this type of coat at all. The results look amazing, my dog was comfortable, and I learned a lot from the process. I highly recommend her for her skill and her dedication to proper coat health!

We have been going there almost one year, and they take wonderful care of our two young dogs. One of our dogs had issues with anyone going near his teeth or nails; now he gets his teeth brushed without problem and is making progress on the nails (front ones done today). Great service all around.
