Humans don't answer their phones, so I left a voicemail on a Monday morning, and it took until Thursday afternoon to receive a returned call. If they are so busy that it takes 4 days to return a phone call (without apologies for the long delay), I worry about how long it would take to have them assist me with my eyeglass needs.

My appointments were cancelled 3 times in a row always at the last minute, after waiting 4-6 weeks. The office reason each time for cancellation was the doctor was only seeing current patients that day. Service might be good if you can deal with the lack of caring in their scheduling process.

Great service. Staffs are very kind. My high power pair of glasses are super hard to build. They were very patient and helped me choose the best frame and lens. I often went there for frame adjustments. Even though a lot of times, it was very busy there, they tried to help people as best as they can.
