Great service! Very friendly and thorough.

However, be aware that they don’t do returns. I wasn’t told this at any point. If I would have known this, I wouldn’t have bought my sunglasses from there without actually trying them outdoors first.

I know the employees don’t make the (no) return policy, so it’s definitely not on them. However, I do think people should know that prior to purchasing.

Humans don't answer their phones, so I left a voicemail on a Monday morning, and it took until Thursday afternoon to receive a returned call. If they are so busy that it takes 4 days to return a phone call (without apologies for the long delay), I worry about how long it would take to have them assist me with my eyeglass needs.

My appointments were cancelled 3 times in a row always at the last minute, after waiting 4-6 weeks. The office reason each time for cancellation was the doctor was only seeing current patients that day. Service might be good if you can deal with the lack of caring in their scheduling process.
