I know this clinic is extremely busy, but the doctors have always been pretty nice and took care of my needs. Scheduling is hard, but so far the quality of care has been fine and everyone has tried their best to help me.I am not certain all of the negative reviews are a fair reprensation of the actual doctors vs scheduling or billing.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but hope it helps people to know they are not alone in terrible scheduling. Dr. Matsumoto was great but is going on leave and now it is even harder to get an appointment. They do not accept new patients and because I was seen by Dr. M in the past, they will not allow me to see one of the other providers. They are giving all of his patients to residents who see patients only on Wednesdays and not for another 5 months. Because I saw Dr. Matsumoto first, they won't allow me to see another actual doctor. I have had skin cancers removed so would like to see a doctor rather than a resident. It would be easier to accept this news if the schedulers...read full review

Dr.Matsumoto, Dr.Artounian, and staff are excellent. I have been diagnosed with a serious skin cancer more than once now and treatment has always been prompt and professional. Supremely grateful for this clinic.
