I really liked the PA I saw and had a good in office experience. However, 6 months after my visit I received a bill. I went to pay it and the system was confusing and it looked like I didn’t have a balance. The next letter I got was a collections letter. I wanted to be in good standing with the office so I called and left a voicemail twice to see if I could pay them directly. I explained the whole situation twice and no one called me back. I didn’t really appreciate being sent to collections after one bill (and no other attempts to contact me) and I don’t appreciate that I went out of my way to try to rectify the situation and was dismissed.
