Was very nice here 3 start because the prices are insanely high.very well maintained pool , customer service associate was very helpful to finding the spa located in hotel not casino.

I have fibromyalgia and Alicia was amazing with the deep tissue massage. She worked out the kinks and decreased my pain level! I especially loved the hot lavender towels. Highly recommend and I will be returning. :-)

Wonderful environment, had the whole place to myself! I took the day off for my birthday to experience The Spa at Isleta Resort and Casino. First time, but definitely the first of many! Wonderful and immaculate environment with first class amenities to enjoy.

The reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is due to the lady at the front desk. I wish she would have shown me where the pool area was at the intro. Later, she got too occupied with a coworker outside the Spa lobby. After the steam room, I waited 20 minutes by the desk.
