Had someone work on my laptop and just made the problem worse, I brought it here and within a couple hours everything was working perfectly! Super fast turn around time and reasonably priced. Will definitely have my business again in the future!

I had forgotten my computer password and strangely could not remember it after trying for several mins. I had a project to do. Urgent and almost panicked. I asked Google for a repair store near me and 11 a.m. I called Pro Tech and he said come by now and I'll fix it. Sure enough, within 35 mins I was back home and into my system. Yay!! Pro Tech is excellent. Reasonable and understanding of a person's problem. I highly recommend and will use again if needed. Keep up the good work and service. Lionel

I recently got a NVME m.2 drive for my pc, but I was missing the screw to screw it into my motherboard. Knowing this was an odd request, I called the shop and they knew exactly what I was talking about and he even had some at hand to give me for free.Great service and knowledgeable.
