So thankful Dr. Dan has come out of retirement. We had a computer hard drive go south on us and we couldn't retrieve any files on it. Dr Dan worked diligently for two weeks to gain access to all the files and move them safely to a thumb drive restoring years of projects and files. Can not recommend his services enough. He is pleasant to speak with and explains things in such a way that a non-computer person can understand. Thank you, Dr. Dan!!!

Reviews
I am a first-time customer of Dr. Dan’s Computers, and I am extremely pleased with the service I have received. I have a very old 5¼“ floppy disk containing writings from my grandfather that I needed to recover. After checking unsuccessfully with about a half-dozen other shops, I called up Dr. Dan’s, and Eric was very helpful. He told me they had a functioning drive that should be able to read the disk’s contents, but that he would have to connect the drive to another computer he was rebuilding. Finally we were able to see what files were on the disks. Alas, the particular files I especially needed were not on the disks we searched, but at least we are able to view the contents of the disks! They should include this capability in their advertising: “We can recover data from 5¼“ floppy disks!” I will certainly use Eric and Dr. Dan’s in the future for any computer repair needs.
