Great group of nerds. They built a special computer for me. I trust them with my data when they work on my computer. Timely turn-around - could be a bit faster. But I am more concerned about the security, which I trust them.

This business was GREAT! My computer was completely dead. I was ready to buy a new laptop and I went into Computer Transformers as a last ditch chance. ***** checked out my computer and analyzed what was wrong. He said the fan was not working in the computer and a replacement would probably cost $30. Or maybe a little more. I came back the next day and he said the technician cleaned the computer and blew out the fan and it works perfectly. NO CHARGE!! Amazing!!!

Come on! Took my laptop into this guy because it wouldn't power up and it wouldn't turn off even after 12 hours of waiting. Guy came out from the back as soon as a walked in; smiled; pushed down the start/stop button for 30 seconds and then all was back to normal. No "Fill out the paperwork" no "Leave it with us for 2 days" no "We'll look at it for a $65 minimum charge" no nothing. Just "Let's try this." Total time in the shop: 4 minutes. Total repair fee: zero. Not the first time this has happened with this place. A real gem of a service shop. Six stars.
