We had a rough start with our borate treatment appointment - it was scheduled for 9am on a Saturday, and no one showed up, called, or texted. I called the main line and even they couldn’t track down what happened, so I ended up canceling. To make it more frustrating, we’d also only been told to cover our hot tub, not the patio, so there was some scrambling once the tech arrived for the rescheduled visit.
That said, Orkin made real effort to make it right. A supervisor called and apologized, and got a technician out the very next morning. The tech himself was great - fast, thorough, and even rinsed off some drips that missed the tarp on our porch. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters more, and Orkin stepped up. We’ll continue using them.
