I had a wonderful, relaxing, 90 minute massage with Xavier. I like medium+ firmness and it was just right although he offered to increase or decrease the pressure. I only had to say so. I was treated very well by the front desk when reserving and when I was there. I would be happy to have Xavier again when I'm back in the area.

I've been a Massage Envy member since about 2016. I have noticed (in all locations) a trend of therapists leaving, and locations are understaffed . You pay a monthly membership fee with no guarantees of being able to schedule a service...and definitely not from your favorite therapist because they've moved on.

I’ve had some good massages there. This isn’t about their therapists. However, the customer service is not their strength. I had an apt cancelled on me last minute even after receiving a confirmation text the day before from them. No one ever told me the person I booked with would be on vacation. (This apt had been scheduled for a long time, too. It’s difficult to get booked there)I had to ask three people to have a manager call me. It didn't happen until the third time. She informed me they still send out the confirmation text in case no one ever called to tell the customer about the cancellation. That seems like a flawed and confusing system.
