I've been going here off and on for several years, but started going regularly for the last year, every couple weeks, because I found a great tech for deluxe pedicures and gel manicures. I checked out after today's appointment and when they told me the price, I gasped. I was told there was new ownership and prices were raised. Well, I certainly understand that prices can go up, but the services that cost $69 three weeks ago were $92 today! I checked my bank statement to be sure. That's a 33% increase - unbelievable!! I spoke to the new owners who said that they had no idea what previously owner charged...really? And they said the price increase was related to the new, high end products they're using. I rolled my eyes because I saw the same products I've always seen, so I'm baffled. It just seems like simple price gouging.

I've been going to this nail salon on and off for years. Lee and Yen both do an excellent job with gel manicures. No chipping! Sometimes I can go 3 weeks before needing to get my nails redone. I've had many pedicures over the years too. Close to home and I won't go anywhere else!

2 stars literally just because my pedicure was good, nails? Yeah not so much. One SUPER aggressive lady did a TERRIBLE job with shaping and was burning and cutting me, and was mad I wanted dip and not acrylic. Even tried telling me that "nobody wants dip, everyone wants acrylic. Dip fall off" I said no thank you, so she left me with crooked nails for the next lady. The next lady was sweet but couldn't do dip to save her life. I would just say no. I'm definitely not coming back
