We had a new roof installed in the early part of 2023. We have been very happy with the installation. Our house is noticeably cooler this summer and it has been hot as we all know. The winter it was warmer too. We had some issues with duct work with our swamp cooler after it was maintenanced for the summer and they were very responsive. They are coming back in the fall to fix the damper correctly. They have been responsive in a timely fashion I believe. I am not sure about some other reviews that were negative because on our end it has been fine. From the beginning of our relationship, *** demonstrated a professional posture. He was timely and responsive in all his contacts with me, exhibited encyclopedic knowledge of roofs and his product, dispatched a polite, trustworthy, and respectful installation crew, and accommodated my payment schedule which was subject to insurance reimbursement.My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with their service and product. Their rating is at least an A+.
