Hi, I very much love your stylists and my conditioning treatments, but I got a shampoo and it smelled a bit differently than what I usually get. Kind of a bit strong and not my type anymore. What would be the best solution to help me since I’ll be changing my shampoos from that brand to another after using it for two years?

I love going to Jcp Salon at Cottonwood. Lucy does my son’s hair and she does a great job. She’s always so happy and attentive, my son just loves her. Recently started doing my hair with Eloise and I am loving the results. Over all very satisfied with our services.
