I have nothing but positive words for the service, professionalism and care I have received at Sandia Skin and Face. There is never pressure for up-sales or treatments that are unnecessary. The staff and providers have literally gone above and beyond to make my treatments exceptional.
Ive been going to Sandia Skin and Face since December of 2025. Every time I come in, the check‑in process is smooth and efficient. The staff is warm, inviting, and always makes me feel welcome.
My only concern is that follow‑up after procedures is inconsistent. Other places will call or text a day or two later, and I think that kind of check‑in is important to make sure treatments are working and to discuss next steps if needed.
The treatments themselves are effective, but filler and Botox haven’t given me the results I hoped for, possibly because I may need a more aggressive or surgical approach. I’d appreciate more guidance there.
