Absolutely love coming here for the cold plunge, steam room, sauna and hot tub. Its indoors and kept at perfect temperatures. You get these amenities for free within 2 hours span before or after your massage. When you book a massage. I tossed my phone in the locker for 3 hours. Grabbed a journal and lounges with some tea in the relaxation room afterwards. When I need to slow down life just a bit. I end up here. They also have tea, coffee complimentary and a full bar for any alcoholic beverages at purchase. Going to schedule next one soon. You want a 5 star spa in Albuquerque. My esthetician was Cassie and I can’t recommend her enough! My mom surprised me with a facial for my 25th birthday and it ended up being one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. I literally felt like I was levitating the entire time!! Cassie has the most calming, peaceful spirit and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. Every detail was so amazing and I left feeling so refreshed and cared for. I can't wait to come back

An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! I flew in from out of town to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, and Green Reed Spa exceeded every expectation. We booked 1-hour massages with Melissa and Pamela, and they kindly accommodated us in the same room. Melissa gave my daughter an incredible deep tissue massage, and Pamela gave me a wonderfully relaxing, soft-pressure custom massage. We spent 3 hours at the spa taking full advantage of the amazing amenities.
