Dr. Hickox was amazing as well, he answered all questions needed and gave options for treatment regarding a certain concern; offered us the option to call back after we look into medications suggested. Front desk staff could have been a little more courteous, but their new system could be a factor in their frustrations. Overall, we were pleased with the treatment toward our teen.
The ladies in the frame department were helpful on our way out--an improvement from the last time we visited. Last year they did not look up from their phones to assist us or let us know to sign in if we were only there to pick up an order.“
