First time to Casey Optical too and the service was exceptional, friendly and prodessional. Very good selection of eye wear as well as contact lense services.It's been YEARS since I've experienced this kind of service ANYWHERE. I will choose them for my eye care professionals now.
Casey Optical Too was the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Their waiting room was comfortable, their people were nice and kind and efficient. They took their time with us and answered all our questions without making us feel like we were a pest (like at Costco). Dr. Morgan didn’t rush. She was patient and thorough. Manny, the one who did all the pre-testing, was the same. He was nice to talk to. He even got us coffees while we waited for Dr. Morgan! After the appt, we went to work with Jeremy to find glasses that fit our budget. He was beyond helpful. He was also patient and thorough. Casey optical is great! From the receptionist to the people in customer service. The doctor was awesome. Answered all my questions. Explained everything really well. I'll definitely go back.
