My experience with Southwest Eyecare for my first visit was absolutely wonderful. Dr Adams was professional, kind, and took all the time I needed to ask questions and explain in detail my exam and future treatments. I was also treated exceptionally well by all the staff I was assisted by, including Isreal, who was amazingly patient, kind, professional, and who put me at ease during my exams. I will absolutely recommend Southwest Eyecare and Dr Adams to anyone looking for eye health and well being. Thank you!
My doctor's visit was amazing. I have been suffering with dry eye. Been to a few other places for help. But I left this office with a sign of relief. I was going to get the help. I need. Thank you to the young lady that helped me and a big thank you to the Doctor. When I left the office, I felt so much better!!!!
Where to begin? I've had an issues with my eyes for awhile but was unable to address it as I was working out of the country with limited access to medical care. Southwest Eyecare was the first place that had an appointment opening that wasn't 6 or 7 months out and I was able to be seen quicker. This place and Dr. Valenzuela were AMAZING! The staff were thorough, didn't rush me through my tale/ history of what I was experiencing, were kind and I felt that they genuinely felt bad for my situation and wanted to ease my discomfort.
