It was an okay experience. Rooms are old, and so are the carpets. The elevator has a wooden tile wall. It was chipped and cracked. The carpets in the lobby are old, and you can tell it's been there for a long time, and no one wahsed it or changed it. The shower bathtub was old and not remodeled. The entrance room door has a huge gap in the bottom and easily distributes your sleep. The main lobby, the hotel entrance, was clean and nice and was luxurious. But the rooms are old.
The location is fine, close to the airport and near a few restraints in case you don't want to drive.The rooms are nice, but not particularly remarkable beyond what is expected of a hotel of this price.The service was excellent. The staff was polite, kind, and took the time to help me find a restaurant I wanted to eat at. In particular the Driver named Laura was exceptional. She had a number of recommendations for places to eat, both in walking distance and after a short drive. I chose an Italian place she recommended and asked her to drive me there.The food was amazing, and she gave me her phone number so I could call her when I got my bill to pick me up. Didn't have queen beds. We needed joining rooms,but couldn't get them. Room was clean except for glass glasses had fingerprints all over them. And it would have been nice to been able to eat breakfast there since we had a Ling day ahead of us.
