The hotel and accommodations were great! Our stay was made exceptionally nice by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. We loved the breakfasts and were amazed by the chefs skills! We also appreciated Tammy and Oriana, at the front desk, who were extremely helpful when we needed to change our length of stay and always available to answer questions. The hotel is very nice but it is their employees that make it 5 star!
Just attended a convention here. Great rooms. However, our group was promised boxed lunches would be available and they were not. Folks had to go out to restaurants for lunch, which is not great when you're attending seminars and a trade show.
The entire staff was excellent as always. Great hospitality and they always make me feel welcome and at home. I special thank you goes out to the receptionist staff, housekeeping staff, and Micah and her staffRooms: Newly renovated rooms are awesomeFood & drinks: Always enjoy the nightly Mangers Happy Hour and made to order breakfast each morning. Disappointed with the hotel going to a new policy during the Manager’s Happy Hour. As a Diamond member, I would like the GM to reconsider this policy
