At Casey Optical Co., led by Dr. Christine Kniffen, patients experience excellent customer service. The team gets patients in quickly and is friendly. The office is quiet, and the assistant explains what she is doing briefly and clearly. Dr. Kniffen is the best OD one patient has been to in 50 years of yearly eye exams. She is very up-to-date on technology and clearly explains the tests she does and what they mean. She is friendly and professional. She was genuinely concerned about one patient's issue and will have them go back in two weeks to measure progress. Another patient felt confident in the testing equipment and appreciated that Dr. Kniffen asked all the right questions. The front desk clerk is great. Overall, Casey Optical Co. is hands down one of the best experiences with eye care. The staff makes patients feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. They are organized and go out of their way to make the entire process smooth. The doctor is knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough.
