Sandia Vision Clinic Nob Hill

Sandia Vision Clinic Nob Hill offers a mixed experience for its patients. While some reviews highlight issues with the front desk staff being unwelcoming, others praise the professionalism and attentiveness of the eye care team. Patients noted that the receptionists may not provide a warm greeting, which can affect the first impression. However, the eye exams conducted by the optometrists, including Dr. Marquez and Dr. Sandoval, received positive feedback for their kindness and thoroughness.

Accessibility is a strong point of this location, with staff members being helpful, especially to those with mobility needs. Many patients appreciated the quick service and efficient processes, with some reporting that they received their glasses in as little as 12 minutes after ordering. Pricing can be a concern, as some patients felt they were charged unexpectedly. Overall, Sandia Vision Clinic Nob Hill is recognized for its competent eye care, but it may benefit from improving the reception experience to better welcome all patients.
