I went in for a vision test. My Insurance covered that, but they found cataracts, so they charged me for a medical exam. The exam was comprehensive and the doctor was good. It seems like they flipped the codes of the exam from. ISO. To medical so I had to pay more out of pocket. It’s like going to a mechanic for a car check up, and the initial cost is $80.00 and because that found a bad spark plug, they charge you more for the exam. Not the fix, just the price of the exam goes up. Bait and switch. I cancelled any further appointments.
Ask if insurance will cover you! If you don’t, they’ll give you a bill but then say insurance won’t cover. If I knew i wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket, I wouldn’t have agreed.
Whole experience was great. Every staff member was super polite and helpful. Honestly best experience with an eye doctor I've ever had. Will definitely make this my permanent eye doctor. Thank you ladies!!
