I was ignored by my home warranty First American Home Warranty(do not use them) so I reached out to Mark at Accord Plumbing and Heating through a friend. Mark showed up early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the correct part and installed the fan motor that night. Most companies would have left me without A/C all night. He performed the proper maintenance, ensured the a/c unit worked properly, and left everything clean and orderly. I would definitely use him again for any service the company provides.Service: HVAC system maintenance
This weekend 7/15/23 my A/C broke. Yes, during a heat wave! I was referred to Mark Lopez who owns Accord Air Conditioning and Heating.
