Basin Home Inspections and its owners, Michael and Jennifer, are amazing! They are very personable and extremely detail oriented and competent. I showed my inspection report to my son and my sister. They both said it was better and more in-depth than anything they have gotten in the past from home inspectors. The same is true for me, and I have had some good home inspectors. Their care for their customers and their commitment to answering follow up questions, just as much as the quality of their work, is what separates them from the competition.
