This has to be the best inspection team for the people. They spell everything out in the home report so you know exactly what's going on even if you don't know housing or what you were looking at in the pictures provided. They also color code safety issues in the summary of the report with everything found in and around the home. Top notch team!

Jennifer and Mike are awesome they are very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided me my report the same day. They take the time to pinpoint and provide visuals of any flaws they find. Then they both take the time to explain what they saw and to answer all the questions. Thank you guys highly recommend them.
