Buying a home from overseas, I relied heavily on a thorough housing inspection on which 3ECHO delivered on. William did an excellent job, and provided a detailed report in a timely manner; He even color coded/ranked the importance of issues he discovered that required repair. Mr. Russell is awesome! He is thorough. His report and communications are streamlined and easy to read with plenty of information to know all the details. He is prompt, courteous and a joy to talk to, and you can tell he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend his services. I am so glad he did our inspection.
