The inspector called me after completing the inspection, and it was reassuring to hear directly from him about how everything went. Booking and payment were simple, and the entire process was smooth. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. The inspection was thorough, and the customer service was personable.
William did an excellent job with the inspection. He covered everything nook and cranny, made sure to put it in his report and then discussed with us about the report. 3Echo is the way to go for home inspections, will tell you the truth and won’t pass a home that he finds unsatisfactory. William is the people’s champ!
William is fantastic. We were on a tight deadline to get our home inspection done and he fit us into his schedule. He made sure that I had his website to review what his reports looks like - arrows, explanations, pictures and video. He answered all of my questions - I grilled him during our interview. He did a fantastic job.
