If you are in need of tree removal/maintenance, I highly recommend Downes Tree Service of Hawthorne.We had a massive tree fall in our backyard and Arborist Kevin was at my home within minutes of my initial call. He provided a suitable estimate for submission to my insurance company and the crew arrived early the next day to complete the work, leaving virtually no sign of the fallen tree. It was amazing! Cannot recommend them enough.

I must say that Kevin was absolutely on top of his game when he quoted me and reassured me that my new driveway would be protected. His workers: Alex, Ed, Jose and Luis we're polite, efficient and very skilled. I would highly recommend them and this company! Bravo!

had a huge tree removed in our backyard by Downs Tree Service. Tom and Victor and rest of the Crue are amazing.They came prior to removal date, made a path for their equipment on the side of our yard, which was overgrown and had an arbor. On the day of removal they protected the grass with plywood as much as possible and worked 9 hours to remove our gigantic Tulip tree. It was all done with the small equipment which fit to go on the narrow side of our yard. They also trimmed all dead and Brocken branches from the adjacent trees.
