Had a great experience yesterday with Joe, who was here to apply a scheduled treatment. While doing so, a limb of one of our trees was blown down. He could not have been more helpful, as he cut the large branch into pieces and was able to cart it away for us. He did not have to do this but insisted on it making it right.
