“Jean-Pierre came out after 8pm. He was honest and so helpful in inspecting and diagnosing our sump pump alarm. He was thorough, offered future recommendations and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving.”
“Hardline Plumbing, specifically Justin, handled my very stressful water main failure, responding to an estimate request quickly, and scheduling and completing the job in a short time. In addition, a verification document about the job was completed for my insurance company. Justin provided realistic options and possible outcomes professionally and in a friendly and optimistic manner. I have already referred Hardline to my neighbor with the same problem.”
“If you have a question, they can answer it. They are always willing to help troubleshoot a homeowner’s DIY situation. They are always willing to help talk out a plumbing issue. Just kind, knowledgeable, polite people — in many ways it feels like customer service from a bygone era.”
