Paul was very easy to work with! He came the same day I called to get our hot water working again, explained what the problem was, and answered all my questions. Will definitely be hiring him again!

He has come through for me numerous times - most recently until 9 pm on a Friday night, another time on the phone with me on New Year's Eve night!
