Weeks before our summer vacation, we determined that our mouse problem was was becoming extreme and beyond our control. He responded promptly, educated us on the possible sources of our problem, the habits of mice and laid poison traps which were effective in a very short time. Not knowing what we'd encounter on our return, we were happy to come home to a well controlled problem.
