Literally the worst experience I've had of any kind for this type of service. First of all they don't seem to know how to schedule the work. They pretty much show up whenever they want to even though a pre determined appointment has been set. Secondly, they walked into my house and did whatever they wanted to without trying to figure out what the problem is or why I had called them in. They decided to ask my temporary roommate who had no clue to what was going on instead of trying to get a hold of me to confirm the issue as I was not home. My technician was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me every step of the way and even gave me advice on how to prevent critters from moving in! He even cleaned behind my stove before he put down the traps. He was amazing and I appreciate him and Orkin.
