Have them to add a downspout from my backyard gutter. Have to call twice to make the appointment and then they came next day. 3 guys came with the equipment and installed it in less than half hour. Am pleased that they thought of lower the gutter to balance water flow to the new downspout. Well done with good price. Wait to see the raining day for the expected results.

We are happy with our mosquito and tick protection service. We are also happy with our gutter cleaning service. The company has been very good about rescheduling and crediting us when asked. They are both set it and forget it kinds of services. Our interactions with the crews have been fine. All nice guys. Finally, we are super impressed with their customer service. Sometimes you forget how important that can be. It is very much noticed when we deal with them. They have been excellent. A section of my gutter had detached from the house and no one that I called even returned our calls. Two of my work colleagues recommended Ned Stevens. Not only was my call answered by a live person, she listened, asked for photos and quoted me a price. We set up the appointment, I gave her my credit card information and the crew did a great job! I am very pleased and will definitely use them again.
