“I wanted to say that Friendware is an Honest Business. Two weeks ago, I took 2 computers (My Kids). One Computer has 1744 viruses and the other computer the Harddrive was broken (due to my kid). The owner clean the one computer and repaired the second computer at a reasonable price.
This week I drop off my own computer, because I thought I got a virus. The owner scan it and said no. I found out my mouse was broken the entire time. To end, The owner could have said it was a virus...but this Guy is an Honest Business Man. I have been bringing my computers for 4 years and I will continue. West Orange resident & Business Owner“

“This is the second time Sam Tan has saved a computer of mine. I first was introduced to him 6 years ago when a data recovery company I used referred me to him. I had spilled an entire bottle of water on my MacBook Pro keyboard and Sam was able to completely restore it, replace the battery and return it to me for a very reasonable fee. It is still working despite it being a 2014 laptop. My husband uses it as his backup computer.

Recently, our newer MacBook’s screen malfunctioned. I first took it to a verified Apple repair location and they quoted me half the cost of a new laptop. Then I remembered Sam. He was able to replace my screen for significantly less than the other store and even got my laptop back to me in a few days’ time, despite a huge snowstorm that shut down the East Coast.
