Cheryl, the nurse, is a "sharp shooter" with her IV needle-I've had IV's elsewhere, it always takes more than one nurse, and several attempts-not so with Cheryl, one time, every time-with minimal pain. The IV room and office, in general, is very warm, inviting and cozy-more like home than a cold medical environment. Lauren, the biofeedback therapist, is so nice and warm, offering so many tools to help with emotional and stress support. She has been a welcome support system for me in my treatment for cancer. She has so many tools to help me deal with my cancer condition and my anxieties associated with this illness.
