“The free consultations offered was greatly appreciated, answering questions before I met with Dr. Volpe and the PFAM team. The environment is very warm and highly professional. You get a very welcome, caring, inviting feeling from the clinical and administrative team. Really appreciated when you don't feel well. I've been supported medically and emotionally at the highest level and I have the utmost confidence in the care I receive from the entire clinical team. PFAM is a very special health care center. Cheryl, the nurse, is a "sharp shooter" with her IV needle-I've had IV's elsewhere, it always takes more than one nurse, and several attempts-not so with Cheryl, one time, every time-with minimal pain. The IV room and office, in general, is very warm, inviting and cozy-more like home than a cold medical environment. Lauren, the biofeedback therapist, is so nice and warm, offering so many tools to help with emotional and stress support. She has been a welcome support system for me in my treatment for cancer. She has so many tools to help me deal with my cancer condition and my anxieties associated with this illness. Dr. Volpe goes above and beyond to find the right and most effective treatment-she is just genius and completely dedicated to natural medicine. Anyone looking for natural treatment options for any number of medical, hormonal, behavioral health or stress conditions would be well served to visit Physicians for Alternative Medicine.
