“This was our first visit where my teenaged son was getting his ears checked and cleaned. We had no idea what to expect, but had read good things about Dr Srour. Dr Srour was knowledgeable and patient while explaining each aspect of the cleaning procedure. My son had no discomfort during or after the procedure, and he had an incredible amount of wax buildup that caught us by surprise. After the cleaning, Dr Srour checked his hearing and pressure in his middle ear. She also played some soft classical music, which was just perfect as my son is an aspiring vocalist. The appointment was handled professionally and with great care and comfort for my son. We’re throughly pleased and have a follow-up appt scheduled for three months; we highly recommend Dr Srour for expert care.“
