I have always liked this Hospital, i have had for the most part positive interactions, and they do listen to me when i talk for the most part,however the second to previous time i went there, the nurse was inpatient, got mad at me and left the room and told me she was done here. i was trying to put on my gown, and i was having a hard time, she got frustrated with me and left, wondering why i could not put on my gown, and also tell her what i was doing there. this was mainly the only negative experience i had here in a long time. besides that participial nurse i have had good interactions with the rest of the staff. it is close to where i live so i do come here a lot. for the most part MMC does go out of their way to make the patient happy. and most of the nurses here are nice and good people. maybe that nurse i spoke to last week who by the way her name is Christine, was having a bad day? either way she should of not been so pushy and rude.

I love the Hospital but PESS is a big waist of time you can call speak to someone no one relays messages, Then when you follow up with a call they claim they don't know what are you talk about you go from person to person to person without any results, So much for Mental Health Help .

I don't know who rates hospitals but I am about to. This is purely for the front desk staff. My nurses and doctors and care for my father in law was excellent. My father in law was literally dying and on his last day of life and the front desk guy screamed at me for asking to go up when I was told it was ok to have a couple extra visitors. I tried to explain but he was not rational and he screamed at me to the point where another woman said "Jesus you don't have to scream at her" Super unprofessional have a freakin heart dude.
