Doctors are excellent. The quality of care is outstanding. The staff, not so much. Constantly on hold, unable to answer basic questions, just constant frustration with almost every interaction. It has declined greatly since the addition of Hackensack Meridian to the practice.
I've been seeing Dr Grabowy for many years. He's my gastroenterologist and primary. He is wonderful. Saved my life when I was in the hospital.Don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. The staff are patient, (I know, I can be a frustrating patient sometimes) friendly and accommodating. All in all, I feel secure that I'm getting the best care around. Do not hesitate to use them for your medical needs.
Office staff was great. Lab staff was great. Rachael Maher APN is the BEST! Took her time and listened as I addressed my concerns. Didn't make me feel rushed and we came up with an action plan together. I honestly haven't had a medical professional like her in forever! First time in years I felt confident they were honestly invested in me and my well being.
