“I have been a student of Danielle's for over 5 years. She is a patient and caring instructor. I have participated in the tower and matt classes offered. While working with Danielle, I have become stronger, in particular in my core, which has provided relief for my back issues and improvement with posture.”
“When six different surgeons could not help with my chronic back pain, the only person who did manage to get some relief for me was Alex. I highly recommend them and will absolutely go back if need be. Very well run and professional atmosphere along with being incredibly personable.”
“Its always a pleasure and challenge when working out with Adrienne. Come prepared to advance your goals. No time to sit and watch but be present. Workshop 2.5 was a good look =) Thank you for being such an amazing motivator.”
