“I’ve had a membership at this location for a while and visit frequently, so I’ve worked with most of the stylists. The experience can be inconsistent—some visits are great, others less so. Destiny is my top choice for blowouts that last the entire week, and I’ve also had good experiences with Maya and Nancy.

One area that needs improvement is the booking process. When scheduling online, there’s no visibility into which stylist you’ll be assigned unless you call ahead to request someone specific. That lack of transparency often leads to disappointing experiences.

I’m currently in Texas and booked an appointment here, and to my surprise, the Blo dry system allows you to select your stylist at the time of booking. This simple feature makes a big difference in customer satisfaction and avoids unnecessary frustration.

I know the owner reads these reviews, so I’d strongly recommend bringing this functionality to the Bernardsville location as well—it’s a must-have.“

She does my color every month, and as a blonde, I know it’s a lot of work to keep it looking fresh and natural. “Beautiful, Cozy facial spot tucked away in a charming building. I went to go see Erika for my first DMK facial. This isn’t an ordinary facial like many others. She uses Enzymes to bring out the natural glow within your skin, not just the surface. Throughout the process, Erika explained each step what she’s putting on and what it does to the skin. This was very informative and helped me to understand more about the service. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She took her time with me (2.5 hrs) and I was very relaxed under her cozy comfy blankets and healing music.

After a few days, my skin is feeling much better and healthier. My husband even noticed that my pores look much smaller and even!
