James was incredibly knowledgeable and professional during my scheduled maintenance visit. He was able to clearly explain and show me what I was asking about. He also gave us potential ideas for future changes that we may want to make to our home. James was thorough and provided me with a comprehensive checklist of everything that had been done as well as things that need to be done in the future. I'd recommend James and Apex to anyone else who needs their HVAC systems tuned up.
