They came out and carefully evaluated the problems in our attic. They made a set of complementary suggestions how to fix the problems, stressing the effectivity of the solutions rather than the costs (the best solution does not always have to be the most expensive one.) Great guy, gave us some background on the hornet 's behavior and what to check for to ensure the nest is inactive in a couple days. Would definitely recommend using him vs trying to treat yourself.“
