Everyone in our family, including our dogs, is comfortable with him. He requires no supervision at all; we just unlock the doors and point out any specific areas needing attention.
The other technicians they've sent over have also been great, and I've never had a problem with their customer service representatives either. We recommend Viking, Richard and their team to all our family and friends over the bigger, more commercialized companies. We never feel like just a client number.
