We had a great experience with Cowleys. We came home from vacation to find a live bat in our bathroom, and they responded quickly to our call. Joshua (technician) thoroughly inspected our entire home, including the attic, to identify how the bat may have gotten inside and locate any possible entry points.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease during a stressful situation. We appreciated how thorough and helpful he was throughout the inspection. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of honest, reliable, and professional pest control services!
I have had nothing but good experiences with Cowley’s. I thought had a critter in my attic, and they came out the same day to take a look. The guy went up on my roof, checked around the soffits, went up in my attic and gave a thorough inspection. His only suggestion was to put a “cage“ over top of the exhaust vent fan on my roof because there was a gap there of about an inch Through Which mice and chipmunks and small rodents could get into the house. He wasn’t trying to sell me on any big expensive services.
