Stephany came today. I have a service contract. I didn’t pay for a one time appointment. So I don’t know what the cost would be. But she was very pleasant and professional. She was down in my crawl space settling traps and we pulled out my stove where mice have been coming up from the basement. She sealed off all entry from the basement. She was also here last year responding to a hornet nest. Fearless and efficient. I highly recommend Excel exterminating. Stephany is the best
Marcus came to my home to look into a mice problem. He was early for our appointment and was able to locate the problem area and present a treatment plan to address the mice. Marc is very informative and honest. I am also thrilled that Marc will personally inspecting the mice issue weekly. Continuity is a big plus. I am very happy and relieved that I found a company that is top notch and will forever have my business
Stephanie did the Most thorough job!!! She plugged every hole throughout our entire home in hopes to get rid of this mouse in our house! My husband and I called numerous amounts of companies that deal with mice. We were crossing our fingers we chose the right company and I am so happy to say, we most definitely chose the right one!! Excel is exactly what we were hoping for! Clean, knowledgeable and thorough. Stephanie entered with gloves on and put booties on right away.
