“Idk what these bad reviews are about- they're super old so maybe the business changed hands. I've been coming for months, switched from another local place-and I couldn't be happier. Super courteous, quick, and do excellent dry cleaning and laundry. The computer system is great (they don't rely on scraps of paper like some places!). Door is always open, no horrible smell, and the folks working inside look happy to be there. They've never lost a thing. I'm sure we'll be using them for years.“

“I went to Fluff and Fold on Saturday night, and the experience was honestly great. The person working was extremely professional and super helpful the entire time. They were constantly cleaning, organizing, and checking the machines, keeping the whole place spotless every single minute. My laundry came out fresh, I definitely recommend this location.“

“I’ve been going to this laundromat location on and off for years. So when they upgraded the washers I was surprised by the settings and selected the wrong cycle. I asked for help to see if I could restart it. The lady was polite, but said can’t change it once started. I thought it was broken how slow the gentle cycle was moving. She returned to reset the machine and restart the wash with some power! That didn’t work but it felt nice that she at-least tried to help. nothing could be restarted.
A few moments latter she found me to say the manager agreed to help me with a free wash. I have to say that impressed me. It’s the small things that keep a customer like me returning. A staff who cares and tries to help in a few different ways is a place I want to continue to support. Thanks!“

“They are all very nice there. The owner is great! My clothes always come back perfect! I also have all my alterations done there. I had the sleeves on a blazer shortened and I was nervous because there was a slit and buttons on the cuffs so she had to take them up by removing the sleeves off the shoulders and it came out perfect.“

“Kim & Jenn are the best with difficult tasks. I brought in a very challenging college dorm desk configuration and they nailed it! My daughter’s desk has a perfectly fitted white cloth cover and I cannot thank them enough!“

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.“

Gary came out to the home and removed the drapes took them back to be cleaned and returned to reinstall. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job. The drapes all came out like new. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them.“

“Just had to post to say thank you so much for starlight cleaners reopening their store when I came late to pick up a suit on Saturday that was needed on Monday morning. I didn’t realize the store closed at three that’s on me. And the seamstress was nice enough to open the door and to call over across the street where one of the owners or managers came over. reopened the store got my dry cleaning and reopened the register for me. They went above and beyond. I really would’ve been up the creek without Their awesome customer service!!!“
