Really like everything about your Business, the People, the drop off/pick up kiosk, etc. However, one request, and I’ve mentioned this previously to your team, please put one of those plastic things in after you press the collar stand/neck band, that way it doesn’t collapse. If not, I won’t be able to wear the shirts, and more importantly I won’t be able to use your service. And I’d really like to continue doing so. Thanks so much!
Unbelievable SERVICE!!!! They saved me when I forgot to take my husband’s clothes to our old dry cleaners. Everything always closes so early ever since Covid , so as a mom it’s so difficult to get some stuff done!! RAINBOW CLEANERS has amazing staff!! The store manager is Delia ASEA !! Delia is so knowledgeable and welcoming!!! Nikki is an employee as well and she was kind and helpful!! Wanna hear the most amazing part of this dry cleaners???? They have a kiosk outside!!! You can drop stuff off in there if you get here when it is closed. And you put your code in and your clothes come out to the kiosk for you to then pay and take home. The other...read full review
The friendliest, most helpful and most efficient cleaner/tailor I've ever found. Love the 24-hour drop/off pick-up ATM for my dry cleaning. Great when you're always multi-tasking!
