I was greeted kindly at front door by counter person. I had questions about an alteration & the seamstress immediately did my repair on site, while I waited! I had another piece for alteration which I dropped off. It was ready within a few days. The friendly warm atmosphere of this store and the quality of the alterations & dry cleaning I had done is why I would recommend them. I will also use them in future.
I cannot recommend Lapels enough. My family member needed a last minute suit cleaning for my brother's funeral and Lapels was able to do a 24-hour turnaround. Everything was pressed and cleaned beautifully. They were a tremendous help to us in our time of need, so will absolutely recommend them from now on!
Had an issue with the laundering of my shirts it was brought to the attention of a manager who has rectified the issue and is monitoring the situation. I am pleased with Lapels response and look forward to doing more business with them.
